Note:

The above rates are based on 4 students sharing.

There is a £250.00 refundable deposit (bond) payable at the start of the tenancy.

The tenancy contract is for 9 months, 1st October to 31 st June. If you move in during September the rent is charged pro-rata.

The full rent must be paid each month whether your room is occupied or not.

If you decide to take the room for a further year/s there is no retention fee for the vacant summer months.
